Counselling sessions are 50 minutes in length with a fee of $100. Longer sessions are offered to couples for a slightly increased fee.
Some employer benefit plans provide coverage for counselling fees, please contact your employer for plan details. Plan must cover Registered Social Workers.
Subsidies are available on a sliding scale for those who do not have the financial means to afford standard rates; this will be discussed during the initial consultation or session.
A free 15 minute phone consultation is available to clients.
All fees are payable at the time of each appointment, unless sessions have been paid for in advance.
Acceptable forms of payment are Cheques, e-transfers, credit cards, Cash and most insurance plans. Please note that some insurance plans require that session fees are paid for by the insured before reimbursement.
Also note that payment by e-transfer is due prior to each session and you may be charged a service fee by your bank.
The courtesy of 24 hours notice is appreciated if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, please be advised that a cancellation/missed appointment fee will be applied which must be paid prior to the commencement of the next session.
